Monthly workshops created for overwhelmed moms who are ready for less survival and more living.

Whether you're feeling burnt out, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or simply wondering why you don't feel like yourself anymore, Featured Pours are designed to give you a place to pause, learn, and reconnect with yourself.

Each month, we'll gather for a live online workshop focused on one topic related to burnout, nervous system regulation, motherhood, and sustainable living. These workshops combine education, practical tools, and compassionate conversation to help you better understand what's happening beneath the surface.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just real support.

Hi, I'm Jenna Walden, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of The Burnout Bar.

I created The Burnout Bar because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, constantly "on," and disconnected from yourself. Through practical education, nervous system support, and compassionate conversations, I help moms understand what's happening beneath the surface so they can move from surviving to truly living.

These workshops are designed to be a safe, welcoming space where you can learn, reflect, and leave with tools that feel realistic—not overwhelming.

I'm so glad you're here. Welcome in.
