You know something needs to change.
The Therapy Map is a focused 5-session psychotherapy series designed to help you understand what's contributing to your overwhelm, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and create a personalized plan for moving forward.
You just don't know where to start.
Maybe lately you've been...
Carrying everyone's schedules in your head.
Getting irritated over things that normally wouldn't bother you.
Feeling guilty every time you lose your patience.
Telling yourself you “just need to get more organized.”
Going to bed exhausted but never actually feeling rested.
Wondering why everyone seems to need something from you.
And thinking: “I can't keep doing life like this.”
Maybe you don't need to get better at carrying everything.
Maybe we need to understand why you're carrying so much in the first place.
What is The Therapy Map?
The Therapy Map isn't a course or group program.
It's five individual psychotherapy sessions, tailored to you, your life, and what you're actually struggling with.
You don't need to come in knowing exactly what's wrong or what you need to work on. We'll figure that out together.
Across five focused sessions, we'll build your personalized Therapy Map:
01- UNDERSTAND
Where are you right now, and what feels hardest?
02- NOTICE
What are you carrying and what patterns are underneath it?
03- REGULATE
What happens when your stress and nervous system reach capacity?
04- PROTECT
What beliefs, expectations and boundaries may be keeping the cycle going?
05- LIVE
What needs to change, and what's your personalized path forward?
By the end, you'll have a clearer picture of what's happening, why it may be happening, what we can begin changing, and where to go from here.
Because therapy doesn't have to start with knowing exactly what to talk about.
Sometimes we just need somewhere to start.
At the end of our five sessions, you'll have your own Therapy Map.
A personalized understanding of:
What's contributing to your overwhelm
What you're actually carrying
Your stress and nervous-system patterns
Beliefs or expectations we've identified
Patterns that may be keeping you stuck
Tools that work for you
Your treatment priorities
Your next steps

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Perfectly okay, that's actually one of the reasons I created The Therapy Map.
You don't need to show up with a list of therapy goals or know exactly why you're feeling the way you are. We'll spend our first few sessions understanding what's happening, what you're carrying, and what might be contributing to the way you're feeling.
-
No. The Therapy Map is individual psychotherapy, not a course, group or coaching program.
The framework gives us a place to start, but your sessions are personalized to you. We may spend more or less time on certain areas depending on what comes up and what you need.
-
No. While many of the women I work with are moms carrying a significant mental and emotional load, The Therapy Map is for women experiencing burnout, overwhelm, stress or survival mode.
-
We'll work together to understand what's contributing to how you're feeling.
We'll explore things like your current stressors and mental load, nervous system and stress responses, patterns and expectations, boundaries, relationships, support systems and what may be keeping you stuck.
As we go, we'll build your personalized Therapy Map and identify what you want to work toward.
-
There isn't a one-size-fits-all timeline for psychotherapy, and five sessions can't promise to resolve everything you're experiencing.
Instead, the goal of The Therapy Map is to give us five focused sessions to understand what's happening, begin working on your priorities, and create a clearer path forward.
For some people, five sessions may provide the support and direction they're looking for. Others may decide they'd benefit from continuing therapy afterward.
-
No.
During our fifth session, we'll look at what has changed, what still feels difficult and what you may need next.
That might mean continuing psychotherapy, practicing what you've learned independently, or exploring another support that better fits your needs.
-
The Therapy Map is $550 total, divided across five individual psychotherapy sessions at $110 per 50-minute session.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly.
-
Receipts are provided for each psychotherapy session and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits.
Because plans vary, check that your insurance covers psychotherapy services provided by your treating therapist before booking.
-
You only need to book your first Therapy Map session.
You don't have to find five appointments or coordinate the whole series yourself. During your first session, we'll schedule your remaining four appointments together based on availability.
