The Burnout Blueprint
A self-paced roadmap for women who are tired of running on empty, snapping over tiny things, feeling overstimulated by everyone needing something and wondering where the hell they went in all of it.
This isn't another thing to keep up with.
It's a place to understand what's actually happening underneath the burnout, and start building a life that feels sustainable again.
If you’ve been thinking …
“Why am I so irritated all the time?”
“I know what I should do. Why can't I actually do it?”
“Everyone needs something from me.”
“I don't even know what I need anymore.”
“I feel guilty when I rest.”
“I love my family, but I am so touched out.”
“I don't feel like myself.”
“I keep telling myself I'll slow down after I get through this week.”
Pull up a stool. You're in the right place.
The Blueprint helps you stop treating every symptom of burnout like a separate problem and start understanding the bigger picture.
But what exactly is The Burnout Blueprint?
Okay… Think of it as your personal roadmap out of survival mode.
You’ll work through 5 Foundations, each designed to help you understand what's happening, notice your own patterns, build tools that actually work in your real life, protect your capacity, and start living differently.
And because the last thing an overwhelmed woman needs is another giant program she feels guilty for not finishing, the Blueprint is designed to be flexible.
Listen while you fold laundry.
Do one lesson and disappear for a week.
Come back when life settles down.
There is no perfect way to do this.
HEY!
I'm Jenna!
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, mom, and the person behind
The Burnout Bar.
I created The Burnout Blueprint because I kept seeing the same thing, women blaming themselves for struggling inside lives that were asking entirely too much of them.
And I wanted somewhere between an Instagram post saying “take care of yourself 💕” and weekly therapy. Somewhere you could actually learn what's happening, understand yourself differently and build practical tools, without turning healing into another full-time job.
Welcome in.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
There isn't a deadline. It's intentionally self-paced. Some people may move through it quickly; others may spend longer in certain Foundations. Both count.
-
Nope. Take what helps. Come back to what you need. Skip what doesn't apply right now.
-
No. The Burnout Blueprint is educational and self-guided and does not create a therapist-client relationship.
-
That’s exactly why the Blueprint was designed to be self-paced. You don’t need to carve out hours, keep up with a schedule, or complete something every week. Listen when you can, take what you need, and come back when you’re ready.
-
Nope. The Blueprint was intentionally created without long videos you have to sit through. You’ll find easy-to-digest lessons, Yapping Session audios, activities and practical tools you can work through at your own pace.
-
Absolutely. Fold the laundry, go for a walk, sit in the school pickup line — the Yapping Sessions are meant to fit into real life.
-
No. You can use the Blueprint without turning it into another giant printing project. If there are resources you'd like to print and write on, you absolutely can, but it isn't required.
-
Yes. Because the Blueprint is educational rather than psychotherapy, you can use it alongside therapy and even bring some of the things you're noticing into your sessions.
-
If the Blueprint itself is completely self-guided, I'd say that clearly: No required live calls, meetings or scheduled sessions. Open it when you have capacity and work through it on your own time.
-
Of course. If you're unsure whether The Burnout Blueprint is right for you, reach out before purchasing. I'm happy to answer questions about what's included and help you understand whether it fits what you're looking for.
-
The Blueprint can still be used as an educational resource alongside therapy. You can even bring things you're noticing into sessions with your own therapist.
-
Motherhood has its own Foundation because the mental load deserves serious attention, but the broader Blueprint focuses on burnout, nervous-system regulation, boundaries, self-compassion and sustainable living.
-
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive instructions for accessing your Blueprint online.
-
You can continue putting everything into practice and, if you want ongoing support and new resources, continue inside The Regulars.
-
You'll receive access after purchasing so you can start whenever you're ready.
-
You’ll have lifetime access.
-
Then you come back three weeks later. Seriously. There are no gold stars for finishing quickly and no guilt trips for disappearing when life gets busy.
-
Not at all. You don't need to wait until you're completely depleted to start paying attention to what your mind and body are telling you. The Blueprint can also help you recognize patterns before you reach that point.
-
Perfect. You don't need any previous knowledge. Everything is explained in everyday language so you can understand what’s happening without needing a psychology degree.
-
These experiences are explored throughout the Blueprint, particularly through education about the nervous system, burnout, mental load, regulation and boundaries. It isn't individualized treatment, though, and it doesn't replace psychotherapy or medical care.
